Boy: Yes, please. I’d like to climb that tree!
Woman: Well, in the picture there are two boys who are climbing the tree.
Boy: One of them has a hat.
Woman: Right, can you colour that?
Boy: OK. The boy’s hat. I’m colouring it red.
Woman: Good.

Boy: What now?
Woman: Can you see all the picnic things on the blanket?
Boy: Mmm … the cakes look good.
Woman: Yes, I know. Well, next to them is a bottle.
Boy: The bottle next to the cakes?
Woman: Yes. Colour it orange.

Woman: Would you like to do some drawing now?
Boy: Well … is it something difficult?
Woman: No. Can you draw a ball?
Boy: Yes, that’s easy. But where?
Woman: Put the ball next to the tree.

Woman: Now some more colouring.
Boy: Yes. What about the dogs?
Woman: Which one do you like best?
Boy: The one that’s sleeping under the tree.
Woman: Right. The dog that’s sleeping. Colour that one black.

Boy: Can I colour an apple now?
Woman: OK, but which one? There are a lot of apples on the tree.
Boy: Well, there’s one very big one there, at the top of the tree.
Woman: OK. The one at the top of the tree. What colour would you like?
Boy: Green, I think.

Woman: Last thing now. There’s a woman there.
Boy: Do you mean the one who’s kicking the ball?
Woman: No! The older woman. She’s sitting in the chair. She’s wearing a sweater and skirt.
Boy: OK. Can I colour her sweater? I want to colour it pink.
Woman: Fine. That looks good now.

Man: That’s right. Now, I want you to colour the square one.
Girl: OK. What colour?

Girl: I’d like to colour the one that’s flying.
Man: Right. Colour the plane that’s flying yellow.

Man: There are trees in this world. Can you see them?
Girl: Yes, I can see them, but they are not like the ones in our world.
Man: Well, I want you to colour the tallest tree in the picture.
Girl: OK. I’m colouring the tallest one. I’m colouring it pink.
Man: Very good! I like that!
