GIRL:   Shall I colour it yellow?

MAN:   Yes, that’s fine.

1

MAN:   Can you see the empty table?

GIRL:   Yes, I can. There aren’t any people sitting there.

MAN:   OK. Just colour the top of it blue, but don’t do the legs!

GIRL:   All right. I’ve done it.

2

MAN:   Can you see the two children?

GIRL:   Yes. Shall I colour the child on the swing?

MAN:   No. Look at the child who’s pushing the swing. Colour her skirt red.

GIRL:   OK. I’ll do that now.

3

MAN:   I’d like you to write something now. Can you see the café?

MAN:   That’s right. Write the word ‘Spoon’ in the space.

GIRL:   All right.

4

GIRL:   Can I draw something next?

MAN:   Yes, of course. Look at the woman.

GIRL:   What shall I draw?

MAN:   Draw some spots on her dress and colour them green.

5

GIRL:   Yes. Can I colour his space trousers?

MAN:   Yes, OK. Colour them orange.

1

GIRL:   What else can I colour? One of the flags?

MAN:   Yes! Good idea! Colour the one which is next to the man with the camera.

GIRL:   OK. And can I choose the colour this time?

MAN:   Yes, all right!

GIRL:   I’ll use green, then.

MAN:   Let’s colour it yellow. Do you agree?

GIRL:   Yes! That’s my favourite colour.

3

GIRL:   And can I draw something on this picture too?

MAN:   Yes. Draw a plate on the ground between the two rocks. Can you do that?

MAN:   Yes, please. Make it blue.

GIRL:   All right. I’ll do that now.

MAN:   Good.

4

MAN:   Would you like to write something in this picture too?

GIRL:   Oh, yes. I like writing. What can I write?

MAN:   The rocket hasn’t got a name. We must give it one.

GIRL:   OK. What name shall we write on it?

MAN:   Write ‘Wings’ on it. That’s a great name for a rocket. Write it in the stripe.

GIRL:   All right. I’ll do that now.

5

MAN:   We should colour one more thing now. How about the strange bird in the cage?

GIRL:   All right. Did it come with the astronauts?

MAN:   Yes. It came with them from our world. Make it red.
